Titan Pools

Like so many others have posted, I appreciate the friendly, knowledgeable staff, and ownership. There are other pool supply stores within two miles of my home. But, in appreciation of Titan Pools much friendlier customer services, I am happy and willing to travel across town, over a freeway and past several other pool supply retailers in order to do business with Titan Pools.

I tried Titan Pool supply next to ACE Hardware and was pleasantly surprised at how helpful they were.

Walked in thinking I needed several parts replaced on my pool sweep. They inspected it and found all it needed was disassembly and a part dislodged that had made its way in. Two wings later and part is ready for pickup.

Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, honest and reasonable… This is store is well stocked with all of your spa and pool needs, and staffed by individuals that really care about customer satisfaction. Sure, you might save a few bucks by ordering the supplies at a major e-commerce site, but you won’t be able to ask questions to friendly pool experts. Besides, it feels good to support a local small business.

The staff at Titan that helped me were friendly and gave me great advice. I was never pressured to buy anything even though they tested my water and spent a lot of time with me. I found their prices fair. I expected them to be higher being a small store but that wasn’t true. It’s nice supporting an independent business vs a corporate chain.

I have nothing but good comments the service provided at Titan Pools. We have just moved into an older home with a pool that needed upgrades.
